Hatter was transported to Georgia on Sunday and positioned into detention.

“Since 2018, Mr. Hatter has been trying over his shoulder, realizing at some point Deputy United States Marshals would discover him,” Thomas Brown, U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of Georgia, mentioned in an announcement.
